Theresa Wu

Theresa Wu is an experienced professional in service management, currently holding the position of Manager at CITIC Telecom International CPC Limited since August 2012, with previous roles including Assistant Manager and Service Manager. Prior to this, Theresa worked at New World Telecom as an Assistant Account Servicing Manager from August 2007 to August 2012, and at HKCOLO Limited as an Assistant Manager in Customer Service and Marketing from September 2002 to August 2007. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Electronic and Information Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (2002-2005) and a Higher Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (1999-2002).
