Andrew Pitt

Global Head of Research, Institutional Clients Group at Citigroup

Andrew has almost 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry and has been at Citi since 1996. He is ICG Head of Research & Content with a broad mandate to coordinate and develop original content across the whole of Citi’s Banking and Markets businesses. Andrew launched the Citi GPS series in 2011 as a publicly available content brand addressing the key challenges and opportunities of the 21st century. He is a member of several academic Advisory boards, including at Oxford and Cambridge Universities, in order to facilitate collaboration between Citi and outside research partners.

Andrew has been in Research management roles since 2004. Prior to this, he spent 13 years as an Equity analyst, including for Robert Fleming Securities and Barclays de Zoete Wedd. Andrew has two degrees from Oxford University where he also taught as a Lecturer at Keble College before moving to a career in financial services.
