Cindy Wu is an experienced municipal credit underwriter at Citigroup with over a decade of leadership in U.S. municipal and public sector finance. With 20+ years in the financial industry, Cindy has developed a deep expertise across various sectors, including insurance and hedge funds. Previously, they held roles at Merrill Lynch, where they pioneered a successful CDPC business and restructured Monolines. Cindy's strong analytical skills and relationship management have established them as a trusted authority in public sector finance. They are currently pursuing a B.S. at Penn State University.
