Claire Olsson

Claire Olsson is an experienced professional in product management and innovation, currently serving as Director of Product Management for Developer Experience at Citi since July 2021. Prior to this role, Claire held the position of Director of Products and Innovation for API at Mastercard from September 2014 to June 2021, where contributions included driving the digital strategy for Mastercard’s Developer Platform. Claire's experience also includes serving as Senior Product Manager for Digital at OTG Management, where key achievements involved launching an iOS-based order routing and fulfillment system. Earlier career roles include Program Manager for Freelancers Union, focusing on customer service improvement, and project management positions at Novo Art Associates, Inc. and Dechert LLP.
