Coleman Yue

Coleman Yue is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in IT support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Intermediate Technology Analyst at Citi since July 2021, Coleman is responsible for resolving complex issues, participating in testing activities, and managing control activities related to risk and audits. Previously, Coleman held various roles including Assistant Vice President at CCB International Holdings, where responsibilities included L1 & L2 technical support, and End User Support Specialist at Dell, providing SLA-based IT services.
