Darcy Goshorn

Darcy Goshorn serves as Vice President of Instructional Design at Citi since April 2022, leading a team to design and develop global web-based training resulting in approximately 139 courses for diverse audiences. Concurrently, Goshorn is a Teaching Assistant in the Instructional Design and Technology MOOC at the University of Maryland Global Campus, providing learner engagement and support. Previous roles include Senior Instructional Designer at ReliaQuest, where Goshorn improved New Hire Onboarding, and Instructional Designer at Bloomin' Brands, Inc., focusing on training solutions. With a rich background in educational technology as an Adjunct Professor and several instructional roles at different institutions, Goshorn has extensive expertise in creating online courses, faculty training, and web development. Goshorn holds a Master's Degree in Classroom Technology from Wilkes University and a Bachelor's Degree in English with Secondary Certification from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
