Dustin Oliver Ling

Dustin Oliver Ling is a Senior Director in Citi's Banking Capital Markets and Advisory division, specializing in Corporate Banking for Global Public Sector clients since June 2002. Dustin has held various leadership roles at Citi, including Director of Franchise Marketing, Communications & Research, and Director of Strategic Planning & Community Development in Canada, overseeing governance and growth for the franchise. In the Global Compliance division, Dustin led the Project Management Office, managing large-scale initiatives and compliance implementations. Earlier experience includes managing global communications as Vice President of O&T Shared Services Strategy and negotiating contracts in Strategic Sourcing. Dustin also held managerial positions at the University of Miami and Morgan Stanley. Academic credentials include a BBA in Finance, Marketing, and Computer Information Services from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and an Economics specialization from Colegio Arubano. Additionally, Dustin serves as a Board Member and Advisor to Ascend New York Metro Chapter since January 2015.
