Fabianna Rodríguez-Mercado

Fabianna Rodríguez-Mercado is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cybersecurity, project management, and marketing. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Business Manager for CISO Cyber Security Engineering & Architecture, as well as for CISO Cyber Security Services at Citi since April 2022, Fabianna plays a pivotal role in delivering integrated risk reduction capabilities. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Analyst in IT Program & Project Management at Accenture, where leadership roles included co-leading the Analyst Action Team and organizing educational initiatives. Fabianna has also held internships and consulting roles at organizations such as Legal Services NYC, Ecolift Corporation, and SAY..., along with support roles at educational institutions. Fabianna holds an MBA in Information Technology from Baruch College and a BBA in Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico, complemented by various certifications and training in cybersecurity and project management.
