Gislaine Bruno has extensive experience in communications and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as the Head of Communications for Internal Audit at Citi since 2015. In this role, Gislaine provides strategic direction for global communications and employee engagement, develops engaging newsletters and marketing materials, and fosters the Internal Audit brand within the industry. Prior to Citi, Gislaine held positions at Deloitte, focusing on change management and communications, and at HSBC, where strategic communications efforts significantly reduced customer attrition and improved internal processes. Earlier experience includes an internship at NBCUniversal, where Gislaine contributed to marketing strategies for affiliate stations. Gislaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
