Jake Zier

Jake Zier is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director and Head of Technology Change Risk at Citi since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jake held several leadership positions at BNY from June 2010 to November 2024, including Director of Technology, Data and Analytics Solutions, where Jake oversaw the development of the BNY ESG product line and provided technical guidance to the Intermediary Analytics development team. Jake's earlier experience at Computer Sciences Corporation included roles as Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Staff Consultant, focusing on application architecture, development management, and client engagement across various projects. Jake holds a BSBA in Management from Bucknell University and has additional education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as New Hartford Senior High.
