James Freedman

James Freedman is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Vice President Solutions Architect for finance applications at Citi since June 2016. With an extensive background in solution architecture, Freedman previously worked at AIG, where significant achievements included designing a global virtual desktop infrastructure for 50,000 users and reducing critical outages. In addition to a leadership role at Sailing Scores, Inc., Freedman's experience spans several organizations, including American Airlines, where expertise in IT security and cloud operations was developed. Freedman has a strong foundation in enterprise architecture, linux security, and project management, supported by a degree from Southern Methodist University.
