Jelena Zec

Jelena Zec currently serves as Director at Citi Ventures, leading investments in fintech and future commerce companies across the US, Europe, and LATAM since June 2021. In addition to this role, Jelena acts as an Ambassador for Sie Ventures, focusing on closing the gender funding gap for female founders, and is an Angel Investor with Alma Angels. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at Unilever Ventures from July 2018 to June 2021, and as an Investment Associate at Cassia Investments from April 2013 to June 2018. Jelena's past roles also feature strategic planning for Shanghai Tang during a secondment. Educational background includes a double Master's degree in International Management from Università Bocconi and Fudan University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and a Bachelor's degree in International Management and Economics from Università Bocconi.
