Kartik Mani

Kartik Mani is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as CEO of Citi Retail Services and Global Head of Consumer Connected Commerce since June 2020, Kartik leads 18 consumer banks across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, catering to over 16 million clients in various financial products including credit cards, personal loans, and wealth management. Prior to this role, Kartik held senior positions at American Express, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, and CapitalOne, demonstrating expertise in consumer credit, cards, and lending. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
