Kelvin Chow

Kelvin Chow is a well-experienced professional in data center management and technology strategies, currently serving as the Global Head of Data Center Strategy and Planning at Citi since September 2007. Previously held senior roles at COL Limited and Wharf Limited, leading significant projects and initiatives that included the design and construction of data centers for major financial institutions. Notable achievements include reducing the number of technology rooms by over 70% at Citi and generating over USD10 million in annual revenue at COL Limited. Kelvin holds a Master's degree in Material Science from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Metals and Materials Engineering from The University of British Columbia.
