Keshia Graham

Keshia Graham is an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in business analysis and quality assurance. Currently serving at Citi since July 2019 and as a consultant with SNI Consulting/New Management Services since September 2015, Keshia has successfully coordinated and executed numerous projects, focusing on QA testing, business process modeling, and client relations. Previous experience includes roles at CIT and Citizens Bank, where Keshia developed and managed complex project reports, technological improvements, and training programs. Keshia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ashford University and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt from Lean Six Sigma Partners.
