Laine Joelson Cohen

Laine Joelson Cohen serves as the Global Head of Learning for HR at Citi since March 2021 and is a member of the 2nd Cohort of the Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches initiative, selected from 12,000 applicants to nurture future Executive Coaches. Prior to this, Laine held the position of Director and North America Regional Lead for Citi Learning at Citigroup from August 2001 to March 2021, providing advisory services to align learning solutions with business objectives and overseeing leadership development programs. Earlier roles included Director of Global Equity Compensation at Citigroup, where Laine managed a team responsible for diverse operational and strategic tasks. Laine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in HR Management from the Zicklin School of Business.
