Lani Quarmby

Lani Quarmby currently serves as the Legal COO and Head of Transformation and Global Legal Solutions at Citi, where responsibilities include overseeing the global legal operations team, managing risk, formulating department strategy, and leading critical regulatory remediation efforts. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Bank of America, Counselor to the General Counsel at the Department of Homeland Security, Counsel at O'Melveny & Myers, and Special Assistant to the President at The White House. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant to the Attorney General at the United States Department of Justice and holding positions in political campaign services and early legal practice. Lani Quarmby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and a Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School.
