Lilla Sudar

Lilla Sudar is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic supplier relationship management and sourcing across various regions. Currently serving as the Strategic Supplier Relationship Lead, VP at Citi since June 2016, Lilla has excelled in developing and implementing sourcing strategies, achieving cost reduction targets, and fostering positive relationships with senior stakeholders. Prior to Citi, Lilla worked at IBM ISSC Kft. as a Sourcing Manager for MEA, where responsibilities included stakeholder management, supplier negotiations, and procurement policy compliance. Lilla's career began at IBM ISSC in 2007, where various roles culminated in leading procurement teams in the AMET & RUB region. Lilla holds two Master's degrees in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Szeged. Key achievements include multiple awards for excellence in procurement initiatives.
