Sean McChesney

Sean McChesney has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Global CRM Lead for Sales Productivity and Digital Enablement at Citi since June 2012. In this role, Sean oversees the go-to-market tech stack and facilitates sales management within Citi Commercial Bank. Previous positions at Citi include Senior Vice President and Vice President in Relationship Management, focusing on delivering banking solutions to mid-corporate clients across Pennsylvania, South Jersey, and Delaware. Additionally, Sean contributed to Citi's Corporate Subsidiaries Group during an international assignment in Western Europe, supporting CRM migration and EMEA expansion. Prior experience includes roles at UBS as a Wealth Management Intern and Credit Analyst. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, earned in 2012.
