Sivasankari Swaminathan

Sivasankari (Shiv) Swaminathan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and transformation strategy within the financial and insurance sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Trade Working Capital Finance Technology and Transformation Strategy at Citi, Sivasankari also holds the role of Global Head of Document Transformation for TTS Technology. Prior roles include Senior Information Officer for General Insurance IT at AIG, along with key positions in Commercial Insurance IT and Enterprise IT Architecture. Earlier in the career, Sivasankari worked as a Technical Manager and IT Architect at AT&T, and as a Technical Project Lead at Wipro/Sun Microsystems. The academic foundation includes a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Columbia Business School and a Master’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
