Sue Smart

Sue Smart has over two decades of experience in human resources and talent management. Since November 2000, Sue has held senior leadership roles at Citi, currently serving as SVP of HR Enterprise Workforce Management, Culture and Change Management, and previously as SVP, Global Head of Talent and Learning Shared Services. In these capacities, Sue has been instrumental in leading a global team of over 30 professionals to ensure efficient and innovative operational support in talent and performance management. Prior to joining Citi, Sue worked as VP of Learning & Development at Productivity Point International from 1995 to 2000 and started the career as a Trainer. Sue holds a degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 1995.
