Yael Man

Yael Man is an experienced technology leader currently serving as SVP and Head of the AI Domain at Citi Innovation Labs in Tel Aviv since April 2022, where responsibilities include managing a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and full stack engineers across the project life cycle. Prior to this role, Yael was a lecturer and teaching assistant for a Machine Learning & Deep Learning Bootcamp at Primrose, focusing on algorithm development for skin image segmentation. As VP of R&D at Opgal from October 2018 to August 2021, Yael led the development of thermal imaging cameras and systems. Furthermore, Yael spent over 12 years at Elbit Systems Ltd, progressing from various software development roles to Senior Director positions, where contributions included leading the Lean-Agile transformation of a large engineering department and managing software development for innovative projects. Yael holds a Master of Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Technion, and an MBA from the University of Haifa.
