Charles James Sorongon

Charles James Sorongon is a professional with a diverse background in auditing and entrepreneurship. Currently, Charles serves as the Internal Audit Lead at Davao CitiHardware, Inc. since September 2023 and is a co-owner of Pocketful of Sunshine The Concept Store, a startup focused on selling curated garments and supporting other startups. From December 2017 to June 2021, Charles gained extensive experience at EY, initially as a Senior Associate and later as an Associate, working on audit projects across various sectors, including education, healthcare, and oil and gas. Charles began a career in finance with an internship at the Bank of the Philippine Islands in April 2016. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ateneo de Davao University, completed in 2017.
