Joanna Lam

Joanna Lam has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Manager at Coin-op Laundry, where they handled various responsibilities including bookkeeping and maintenance scheduling. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant at Media Group, LLC, overseeing event management and providing administrative support. Joanna then joined Chandler Properties Real Estate Invest in 2011, initially as an Administrative Associate and later as an Assistant Property Manager, assisting property managers and handling incoming calls. In 2014, they joined CitiScape Property Management Group, LLC, where they held multiple roles including Assistant Portfolio Manager, On-Site Community Manager, and Portfolio Manager. In their current position as Director of Operations, they collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans and fosters a positive work environment.

Joanna Lam earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of California, Davis. Their field of study included Communications, Asian American Studies, and Sociology.

In addition to their degree, Joanna has obtained several certifications. These include High Rise Fire Safety Director from Stationary Engineers Local 39, New Development Community Management from the Certified Association of Community Managers, High Rise Community Management from the Certified Association of Community Managers, Certified Community Association Manager from the California Association of Community Managers, Certified College Consultant from the Heartland Institute of Financial Education, and they are a Licensed Agent for Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licensed from Transamerica Financial Solutions.
