Erica O'Neal

Erica O'Neal has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Central Operations Analyst at Citizen where they analyze police, fire, and EMS radio and translates them into incidents for the Citizen app. Previously, they worked as an Associate Producer at Spectrum News 13, where they wrote scripts for on-air broadcasts and collaborated with the production team. Erica also served as the Managing Editor at Cordele Dispatch, writing community news articles, taking and editing photos, and making decisions for the newspaper. Erica has also worked as a Freelance Photographer for various companies, including Comfort Control, Inc, Atlanta Media Pros, and Ken Krakow Photographer. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Photographer at Ken Krakow Photographer and as a Barista at Jittery Joe's. Erica has experience in the media industry as a Student Videographer and Assistant Producer at ESPN, and they worked in animal care as part of the boarding staff at Atlanta Dog Trainer, LLC.

Erica O'Neal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Mercer University, where they attended from 2011 to 2015.
