Pim Neijenhuizen is an experienced professional in customer strategy and legal counsel, currently serving as the Director of Customer Strategy at citizenM hotels since December 2022. Prior to this role, Pim held various positions at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from May 2011 to December 2022, including Head of Digital Development, Manager Proposition and Development Customer Care & Recovery, and Legal Counsel for Consumer Rights. Pim’s legal expertise was further developed through positions at Korvinus Abeln Advocaten and Houthoff Buruma Amsterdam, focusing on commercial law and litigation in sectors such as product liability and insolvency. Pim holds a law degree from Maastricht University and has pursued additional education at Nyenrode Business University and ESSEC Business School.
