Pete Bradley has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and IT service management. Pete is currently working as the Head of Cyber Security at Citizens Advice since 2023. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at The University of Manchester, including Cyber Programme Director and Identity & Security Manager. Pete also has experience working at Yorkshire Building Society Group as a Service Design & Transition Manager, Atos Consulting as the Head of IT Service, Fujitsu UK and Ireland as a Service Architect, Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc as a Service Consultant, and Provident Insurance as an IT Support Manager. Pete also worked at Kirklees Council as a Service Introduction Manager, Terrence Higgins Trust as the National ICT Manager and Network and eCommunications Manager, and National Trust as an IT Administrator. Throughout their career, Pete has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing IT infrastructure, security, and service delivery.
Pete Bradley holds a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy, which they obtained in 2023. Pete also has a BSc (Hons) degree in Biotechnology from Liverpool John Moores University, which they completed in the period of 1992-1996. Additionally, Pete has obtained various certifications including ITIL V3 Expert and Security+ from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT and CompTIA, respectively.
