Samantha Beckman

Samantha Beckman has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Samantha currently holds the position of SVP/Senior Human Resources Manager at Citizens Alliance Bank since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Willmar from March 2018 to March 2021. Samantha also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Saint Francis Health Services from September 2015 to February 2018, where they oversaw benefit plans, employee training, and compliance with labor and human resource regulations. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Hire Investment from January 2013 to September 2015, where they managed a team, trained new hires, and developed HR procedures and handbooks.

Samantha Beckman obtained their Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Ridgewater College, between the years 2007 and 2009. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, spanning from 2009 to 2011. In July 2019, Samantha also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the institution SHRM.
