Roger Busse

Roger Busse currently serves as the James F. and Shirley J. Rippey Professor of Practice at the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business and holds a board position at Citizens Bank (OR) since October 2020. With extensive experience in the banking sector, Roger Busse was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Continental Bank from March 2003 until November 2017, and also served as Chief Credit Officer and President and Chief Operating Officer during their tenure. Roger Busse's earlier experience includes a role as SVP and Manager of Risk Administration at U.S. Bank from February 1998 to March 2003. In addition, Roger Busse has been involved in various capacities at Pacific Continental Bank, Willamette University, and Columbia Bank since 2003. Academically, Roger Busse holds a Master's Degree from Harvard University and a BA from Reed College.
