Greg Twait

Greg Twait is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as a Volunteer NC 12 Congressional Liaison for Citizens' Climate Lobby and providing contract environmental support for Airswift. As a member of the Mecklenburg County Air Quality Control Board, oversight of air quality staff is a key responsibility. Previous roles include a significant tenure as Camden Site Environmental Manager and Air Compliance Manager at INVISTA, where expertise in air regulations was cultivated. Additional experience encompasses positions as Environmental Engineer at Alliant TechSystems and Air Leader at both INVISTA and Celanese, demonstrating a strong background in environmental compliance and management systems. Greg Twait holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from Marshall University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, complemented by ongoing education in Environmental Economics and European History at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
