Michelle Hines

Michelle Hines has been in the workforce since 1997. Michelle began their career as the Night Manager at Tuggles Gap Rest. & Motel. In 2001, they moved on to become the Manager at Subway. Michelle then joined Citizens as a Sales Consultant in 2009, and then moved to Citizens Telephone Cooperative Inc. in the same role.

Michelle Hines attended Floyd County High School in Floyd, VA from 1982 to 1987, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management. Michelle then attended New River Community College from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Operations Management and Supervision.
