Brandon Cooley

Brandon Cooley is an accomplished user experience design professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various senior and leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Principal User Experience Designer at Citizens since June 2021, Brandon previously held the position of Senior User Experience Practitioner at edX, where leadership in UX for key product themes was emphasized. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Imprivata, Intralinks, and Procter & Gamble, where Brandon led design initiatives for new product offerings and enhanced user interfaces for mobile applications and enterprise solutions. Brandon holds a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design and an MBA from Bentley University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from The University of Alabama.
