Daren Mooney

Daren Mooney is a seasoned Senior User Experience Designer with a focus on digital banking, currently serving as AVP at Citizens since October 2020. Daren has a diverse background in UX design, having worked with various organizations, including Pegasystems, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, and Moonfusion, with responsibilities ranging from facilitating design sprints to creating user-centered design solutions and prototypes. Moonfusion was co-founded by Daren, who also played a key role in product and experience design. Previous experience includes leadership roles at eyeC Systems and Merck, where Daren managed creative direction and visual design. Daren holds a Master's degree in Business and has extensive hands-on experience in design, research, and collaboration across teams.
