James Mann

James Mann has extensive experience in the technology and education sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Application Manager in Consumer Specialty Operations and as Vice President and Principal Architect in Consumer Banking Technology at Citizens Bank since June 2012. Prior to this, James held various leadership roles, including Vice President and Data Integration Manager at Citizens Financial Group and Senior Programmer/Analyst at APC. Additionally, James has dedicated time to academia as an Instructor at both the Community College of Rhode Island and the New England Institute of Technology. James began his career in IT as a Network/Systems Administrator at Web Services International and as Webmaster and Web Developer at NewEnglandNet. Academically, James holds an A.S. in General Studies from the Community College of Rhode Island and pursued further education at the University of Rhode Island.
