Justin Chelland

Justin Chelland is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in treasury and asset liability management. Currently serving as the Senior Treasury Director and Head of ALM Analytics at Citizens since October 2022, Justin previously held significant roles at Deutsche Bank, including Director of Asset Liability Management and Americas Lead of Treasury ALM from June 2015 to October 2022. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Justin worked as Director of Balance Sheet Modeling at GE Capital and held various positions at New York Life Insurance Company, emphasizing investment consulting. Earlier roles include financial advisory at First Investors Corporation and municipal sales assistance at SunTrust Bank. Justin Chelland holds an MBA from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a BA in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland.
