Kaushik Thakkar

Kaushik Thakkar is a seasoned IT security professional with extensive experience in database architecture, automation projects, and cloud deployment. Currently serving as a Senior IT Security Professional and Vice President at Citizens since May 2022, Thakkar has managed key security services within the IAM Platform Ops team. Prior to this role, Thakkar worked at UPS as a Senior Programming Analyst, overseeing automation projects for SQL Server and leading security patch upgrades. Experience as a Senior Software Developer at Kforce Inc involved supporting SQL Server database performance and migrations. Thakkar's earlier roles include software engineering and cloud deployment at GEP Worldwide and web development at Covance. Thakkar holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
