Marissa Owens

Marissa Owens is a seasoned professional in collections operations, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Collections Operations at Citizens since December 2017. Owens has expertise in managing gross charge goals across various lending categories, ensuring vendor accountability for financial targets, and facilitating compliance with service level agreements. Prior to Citizens, Owens held multiple roles at EOS CCA from July 2005 to December 2017, including Assistant Vice President and Director of Operations for the Department of Education Contract, where responsibilities included staff supervision, training, performance tracking, and legal compliance.
