Todd Olson is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in partnerships, onboarding, and strategic management within the financial sector. Currently serving as SVP-Partnerships and Onboarding Director-Business Banking at Citizens since February 2023, Todd Olson leads initiatives to build external and internal partnerships and enhance the onboarding process for new hires. Previously, at U.S. Bank (2000 - June 2022), Todd Olson held multiple senior vice president roles, including overseeing the Student Segment, influencing strategies for in-store banking, and managing customer experience across over 800 branches. Todd Olson's educational background includes a Master’s degree and attendance at the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School.
