Carrie Strickland

Carrie Strickland, SHRM-CP has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Financial Services Representative at Citizens National Bank, where they gained customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills. In 2010, they transitioned to the position of Credit Administration Clerk, focusing on loan review and credit risk management. During this role, Carrie developed statistical, research, and technical skills. From 2011 to 2013, they served as an ACH Specialist at Citizens National Bank, overseeing the Automated Clearing House systems and operations. During this time, they also contributed to the strategic plan of the institution and participated in committees related to product development and business continuity planning. In 2014, Carrie joined Barnes Insurance Agency as a Life & Health Analyst, analyzing pricing models and claims data to provide cost-savings recommendations. Carrie also collaborated with clients to develop communication materials and managed client renewals and enrollments. In 2015, they returned to Citizens National Bank as a Human Resources Assistant and later advanced to the role of Assistant Human Resources Director in 2019. Overall, Carrie has a strong background in various roles across different industries, showcasing their versatility and range of skills.

Carrie Strickland, SHRM-CP, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2014. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 2007 and 2011. Carrie's educational journey began at Pigeon Forge High School, where they completed their high school education from 2003 to 2007.
