Alex B. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. They began their career as a Technology Consultant at TEKsystems, where they developed a business-to-business content syndication system and supported clinical trials for SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals. Following this, Alex worked at Merrill Lynch as a Senior Web-Applications Architect, where they completed the technology requirements for an online marketing strategy and pioneered a tool for tracking high net-worth client acquisition events.

In 2002, Alex joined FMC Corporation as a Manager of Web Applications Development and progressed to the role of IT Applications Architect. They led the international SharePoint rollout, utilizing third-party development products to streamline coding functions and achieving rapid value delivery to internal and external business clients. Additionally, they coached and supervised application development personnel.

At Ventis Partners, Alex served as a Business Development Associate, contributing to the company's growth and success. They then transitioned to the University of Pennsylvania, where they worked as an Assistant Lecturer, sharing their expertise with students.

Following their time at Ceridian, Alex joined Customers Bank as the Deputy CIO/SVP of Business Technology, Chief Information Officer, and finally, EVP/Chief Information Officer. They were responsible for IT strategy, architecture, business intelligence, and case management using various platforms like MS Dynamics, Siebel, and Salesforce.

Most recently, Alex joined Citizens & Northern Bank as the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Overall, Alex's work experience showcases their expertise in technology leadership, strategic planning, team management, and system development and integration.
