Cheryl Tilley

Cheryl Tilley has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Cheryl started their career in 1997 at Oxford Health Plans as a Group Services Manager/Consumer Product Specialist. From there, they became a Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager at Vanguard Fire & Casualty Insurance Company. Cheryl was responsible for implementing automated solutions and providing system problem resolution. Later, they joined Cypress Property & Casualty Insurance Company as a Manager, Business Process Operations, where they analyzed and re-engineered business processes. At Carolina Casualty Insurance Group, Cheryl worked as a Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of a new business submission and policy administration system. Most recently, they have been working at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, where they have served as a Senior Business Analyst and a Team Lead - Business Analysis. In these roles, Cheryl has been responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements and providing system support for various functions within the company.

Cheryl Tilley attended Seminole State College of Florida from 2005 to 2006, where they studied VB.NET. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1998, they attended Southern New Hampshire University and pursued a degree in Computer Information Systems. In July 2013, Cheryl obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
