Swathi Voruganti is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Prior to this role, Swathi has had experience in recruitment and account management at various companies. Swathi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR from Rishi UBR PG College For Women, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Takshashila Degree College, and completed their SSC from New Nagarjuna High School.
