Melissa Volz-Smith is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in banking and entrepreneurship. As the Owner of Centered By Mel since April 2023, Melissa specializes in creating beautiful and whimsical centerpieces for events. With extensive experience in the banking sector, Melissa currently serves as AVP Banking Center Manager and Regional Loan Officer at Citizens State Bank in Indiana since December 2020, following roles as Office Manager at United Fidelity Bank and Assistant Banking Center Manager at The National Bank of Indianapolis. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and is pursuing a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology, expected to be completed in October 2023.
