Tina Ochoa is the managing director of community partnerships at Citizen Schools. Tina has dedicated their career to working with families and schools to ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Ochoa began their career as a curriculum and professional development manager with Families in Schools, where they updated and developed culturally-relevant K-12 curriculum and tools related to parent engagement, literacy, post secondary education, and advocacy. Tina also developed, facilitated, and field-tested training modules and professional development workshops for school/agency staff and parents.

In their current role at Citizen Schools, Ochoa is responsible for developing and managing partnerships with community organizations to provide educational opportunities for underserved youth. Tina also represents Citizen Schools at state and national conferences and meetings, showcasing the organization's curriculum and materials.

Tina Ochoa has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Sociology from the University of Arizona.
