Anne Basten

Anne Basten is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Adviseur at Cito since December 2018, Anne previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition from March 2017 to November 2018. Prior to that, a significant part of the career at Atos included roles such as HR Specialist Talent Management and HR Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed talent management across Benelux and the Nordics, providing HR services, guiding managers on HR policies, and managing HR projects. Additional experiences include project management roles at Atos and project support at DSM. Anne holds an MSc in Behavioral Science - Psychology and a BSc in Social Psychology from Radboud University.
