Jason Slivka

Jason is a Partner and leader in the Corporate Development department at Citrin Cooperman. In this role, Jason is responsible for the inorganic growth of the Firm, including both traditional CPA/accounting firms and advisory/consulting firms.

Jason has more than ten years of experience in the professional service industry, working in M&A, strategy, business development, personnel development and auditing. With Citrin Cooperman, Jason has originated, negotiated, and closed more than ten transactions worth more than $100M in enterprise value. These transactions have helped Citrin Cooperman expand into new geographies in Miami and Chicago, as well as new/existing service lines in corporate performance management, business management family office, music economics and valuation, government contracting advisory, and more.

Previously, Jason was the global aerospace sector leader and an audit senior manager at a global accounting firm. In leading the firm’s global aerospace practice, Jason directed the sector group’s vision and coordinated the global team, which included a variety of attest and advisory services throughout the aerospace ecosystem.

Jason is passionate about the career development of others and has devoted a significant amount of time to recruitment, training, and development of employees in his career.
