Vinay Hegde

Vinay Hegde's work experience includes a role at Citrine Informatics as a Research Scientist since January 2022. Prior to this, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at the same company from August 2019 to December 2021. Vinay also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northwestern University from September 2013 to June 2019.

Vinay Hegde began their education in 2007 at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. Vinay completed this program in 2011. Following this, they enrolled at the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR) for a Master of Science in Materials Science, which they successfully completed in 2013. Afterwards, they joined Northwestern University to further their studies in Materials Science and Engineering and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in 2019.
