Tim Minahan is the SVP Business Strategy & CMO at Citrix. Prior to their current position, Tim was the SVP and Chief Marketing Officer at SAP from June 2013 to July 2015 where they led global marketing and communications strategy and execution for SAP Cloud, a subscription revenue business.

During their time at SAP, Tim drove the cloud transformation strategy which played a key role in transforming SAP into the fastest-growing Cloud provider. Tim also accelerated global go-to-market for SAP Cloud for HR, Finance, Procurement, and Sales, Marketing, and Service; producing a revenue increase. In addition, Tim coordinated branding and positioning for SAP Cloud portfolio (Ariba, Successfactors, Fieldglass, hybris; and SAP Cloud solutions for Sales, Service, Social Collaboration, and ERP). As a result of their work, media coverage increased 76% and SAP Cloud achieved top rankings from premier analysts.

Under Tim's leadership, the marketing model was also transformed. Tim unified digital, multi-channel marketing model across SAP Cloud which yielded 4X+ pipeline coverage and 30%+ annual SaaS ARR bookings growth. Furthermore, they ran an award-winning content-marketing strategy that resulted in a 51% increase in social engagement and 232K impressions.

In addition to their work with SAP Cloud, Tim was also the M&A leader and played a key role in the acquisition of Fieldglass - a leading provider of Cloud

Tim Minahan graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor’s Degree in English/Political Science. Tim then went on to Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management to complete the Kellogg Chief Marketing Officer Program in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

Tim Minahan reports to Bob Calderoni, Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Mike Arenth - EVP, SaaS Strategy, Tony Gomes - SVP & General Counsel, and Jason Smith - EVP, CFO.
