Matteo Minetti

Matteo Minetti is an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in supply chain management and operational excellence. Currently serving as Responsabile della logistica at G. Citterio Salumificio S.p.A. since June 2020, Matteo previously held the position of Manager delle operazioni at XPO Logistics from September 2018 to June 2020. Matteo spent over a decade at Carrefour, where roles included Head of logistics non-food Carrefour Italy and Operational Excellence Manager, focusing on enhancing processes across the company's 42 warehouses. Starting as a Supply Chain Process Analyst, Matteo oversaw business processes related to order processing and logistics costs.
