Natalie Joseph is an experienced educator and public administrator currently serving as a Teaching Associate at City and Country School since July 2016. In addition to this role, Natalie also acts as the Equity Committee Co-Chair and serves as the Director of Auxiliary Programs. Alongside these responsibilities, involvement with Village Independent Democrats as a County Committee Representative has been ongoing since September 2015. Previous experience includes a position as a Substitute Teacher at Ethical Culture Fieldston School from September 2009 to June 2014. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from The City College of New York and a Master of Public Administration focused on Early Childhood Education and Teaching and Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership, expected to be completed in May 2024.

City and Country School, for children ages 2-13, was founded in 1914 by the pioneering educator, Caroline Pratt, during the dynamic period of Progressive Education.
